1. Access Voice Settings
- Open Agent Editor → Voice & Language
- Browse by:
- Gender: Male / Female / Neutral
- Accent: US, UK, AU, IN, ES, FR, etc.
- Tone: Warm, Professional, Energetic, Calm
- Age: Young, Adult, Senior
2. Preview Voices

3. Customize Voice
- Speed: 0.8x (slow) → 1.5x (fast)
- Pitch: -20% to +20%
- Pauses: Add natural breaks after questions
- Emotion Tags:
happy, empathetic, urgent
4. Assign to Client (Whitelabel)
- Clone master agent
- Change voice to match client’s brand (e.g., female for spa, male for finance)
- Save as:
