Add Team Members

Invite sales reps, admins, or clients — with role-based access.

1. Invite a Member

  1. SettingsTeam+ Invite Member
  2. Enter:
RoleCan Do
AdminEverything
Agent EditorEdit agents, run campaigns
ViewerSee dashboards, no edits
ClientSee only their data
  1. Click Send Invite

2. Client Portal Access

  • Assign Client role → They log in to their branded portal
  • See only their agents, campaigns, analytics
  • Cannot access agency billing

All actions are logged in audit trail.

Use Viewer role for stakeholders who need reports only.
