How to Configure

  1. Agent EditorCall Settings
  2. Set:
    • Silence Timeout: 8 sec
    • Max Duration: 10 min
  3. Customize timeout message:
    “I think we lost you. I’ll send a follow-up text!”

Client Customization

  • Spa Client: 5 min max, 6 sec silence
  • Solar Sales: 12 min max, 10 sec silence
  • Clone → tweak → assign

Shorter durations = higher connect rate in outbound.
