Avoid long silences and runaway calls with smart timeouts.
Settings Explained

- Customize timeout message:
“I think we lost you. I’ll send a follow-up text!”
Client Customization
- Spa Client: 5 min max, 6 sec silence
- Solar Sales: 12 min max, 10 sec silence
- Clone → tweak → assign
Shorter durations = higher connect rate in outbound.
